Abstract

The grassroots medical and health service system is an important foundation of the Healthy China strategy, and the training of general practitioners is crucial to the effectiveness of the medical and health infrastructure strengthening project. Based on the connotation of the new medical science construction, this article focuses on the training objectives of applied, compound, and innovative talents.Addressing the current issues in general practice medicine education, such as instability in students' grassroots service ideology, insufficient practical ability, weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and lack of internal motivation in clinical teacher teaching, this article explores a new model for educating general practice medicine students from four dimensions: constructing a three-dimensional composite ability framework, building a high-level practical teaching base, establishing an innovation and entrepreneurship education platform, and improving teaching incentive mechanisms. This aims to provide talent support for the high-quality development of grassroots medical and health services.
